These terms cover your use of GovChat at chat.govbook.us, operated by the company that runs GovBook ("we").

Your account

You sign in with your email or a Google or Microsoft account. Keep your sign-in secure and use your real name and role. One person, one account.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to display it in GovChat so the community can see it, and to keep it for moderation and safety. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share, and follow the code of conduct.

Rooms

Hosts are responsible for the rooms they run. Room conversations stay visible to people who can see the room after it ends. We may remove content or rooms, or suspend accounts, that break the rules.

No advice, no warranty

GovChat is provided as is. What people say here is their own view and is not legal, financial or contracting advice. We aren't responsible for decisions made based on conversations in GovChat.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in GovChat before it takes effect.
